For 30 years, Franck Leroux, CEO & Founder of l’Académie de Tennis Franck Leroux (FLTA) in Arcachon, France dedicated his professional life to tennis and children.
After training as a junior in the 1st-ever tennis-study program of the country, Franck pursued his professional career to reach his best rank -4/6. Enhanced by his high-level playing experience, he started his own academy in 1983 with full-board camps & language studies.
Soon after, he realized the importance of competition in players’ development. Then he added coaching on official tournaments to his academy. Performances in competition are specific and very different from intensive trainings.
Franck is still managing the exceptional Franck Leroux Tennis Academy (FLTA) in France, consistently sharing his teaching and coaching methods to all.

FLTA has arrived in Hanoi with the aim to actively participate in the locally-growing game of tennis. Home-based at 76 An Duong, Tay Ho, Hanoi on a 6-court facility at the heart of Hanoi, FLTA’s mission is to broadcast the latest and most advanced tennis training programs, for players from 4 to 94 years old and to find the next Vietnamese tennis super star.
