For babies from 4 years old, every weekday afternoon from 4-5 pm. White Program’s objective is to develop coordination & motor skills, so that babies can start to play matches on an 8m court, with no net and a 26cm ball. This program ends after 6 months or 1 year of practice.
Weekday afternoon from 4-5pm. Purple Program’s objective is to strengthen coordination & motor skills while introducing the bounce, so that children can play matches on a 11m court, with 50cm net and a 15cm ball. This program ends after 6 months or 1 year of practice.
The beginner-level (Red Ball) clinics are designed to introduce young children to the sport, develop fundamental tennis skills while exploring their interest in the sport. Children can play matches on a 12 x 8m court, with a net at 0,80m and a foam or “stage 3” ball. This program ends with the Red Ball & Racket Tests. This program length (1 or 2 years) depends on personal rhythm of the child progress.
The Orange squad offer small-group introductory and advanced lessons for children ages 9-10 years old. This novice class is an ideal way to keep your young ones active whilst introducing them to the fundamentals of tennis. Children can play matches on a 18 x 8m, with a net at 0,80m and a “stage 2” ball. This program ends with the Orange Ball & Racket Tests.
A fun group for kids aged 11-13, transitioning from Orange Ball and using 25% slower green balls on a 24 x 8m court with a “stage 1” ball. A more intensive tennis class in order to advance towards a competition level. Green Program implements more complex technique, tactics and physical exercise. This program ends with the Green Ball & Racket Tests.
Yellow Ball players requires a good level of tennis and demonstrate the most dedication to training as well as the desire to compete. The goal is to teach children all modern technical, tactical and physical components of the game, so they can play matches on a 24 x 8m court with standard balls. In this program, we’ll be taking a closer look to stroke efficiency to avoid injuries.
For teens from 11 years old, this program’s objective is to prepare players technically, tactically, physically and mentally for official tournaments. Players who have successfully acquired the ROG skills can be invited to this program, when they show an eagerness to compete and improve.
