FLTA takes pride in having a forward thinking and dynamic sports department. Tennis at FLTA is at an all-time high and we are looking to complement our department with a Head Tennis Coach that shares our drive for sports provision.

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage tennis programs and coaching staff.
Develop training programs and strategies for players.
Oversee team practices and matches.
Evaluate player performance and provide feedback.
Organize and coordinate tennis tournaments and events.
Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Communicate with players, parents, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a tennis coach, preferably in a head coach role.
Strong knowledge of tennis techniques and strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills (in English and/or Vietnamese).
Ability to motivate and develop players.
Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications.
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
